🏕️
General Camp Rules
Applicable to all participants at all times
01Always wear your ID wristband. It must be visible at all times and must not be transferred to another person.
02Stay within designated camp boundaries. Participants must not leave the camp area without written parental/guardian consent and staff escort.
03Inform a supervisor before leaving any activity area. No participant should move between zones without notifying staff.
04Respect all equipment and property. Careless use or misuse of camp equipment must be reported to staff immediately.
05Follow the buddy system. Participants should never be alone in any area — always move in groups of at least two.
06Zero tolerance for bullying or harassment. Any form of physical, verbal, or online bullying will result in immediate removal from the programme.

Health & Hygiene
Personal health is a shared responsibility
01Disclose all medical conditions and allergies during registration. Carry prescribed medication in its original labelled container.
02Report any illness or injury immediately to a staff member or camp medic, no matter how minor it appears.
03Wash hands frequently — before meals, after toilet use, and after any activity involving soil or animals.
04Stay hydrated. Drink water regularly throughout the day, especially during outdoor and physical activities.
05Apply sunscreen and wear appropriate clothing when outdoors. A hat and closed-toe shoes are mandatory during field activities.
06Medication is administered only by authorised staff. Participants must not share or self-administer any medication.
🏊
Water & Swimming Safety
Pool and water activity protocols
01No swimming without a certified lifeguard present. Water sessions start only after lifeguard confirmation.
02All non-swimmers and weak swimmers must wear a life jacket during water-based activities.
03No running, pushing, or diving in or around the pool or water area.
04Swim only in designated areas. Do not go beyond the marked swimming zones under any circumstances.
05Exit the water immediately when staff signal a break or if thunder/lightning is observed nearby.

Fire & Evacuation Procedures
Know the plan before you need it
01On hearing the fire alarm, stop all activity immediately and follow the nearest staff member's instructions calmly.
02Proceed to the designated assembly point — marked with a green flag — without running. Do not use lifts.
03Do not re-enter the building or area for any reason until the all-clear is given by a senior staff member.
04Participate fully in all fire drills. Drills are treated with the same seriousness as a real emergency.
05Alert staff if you notice anyone missing from your group after evacuation so a headcount can be completed.
